What we collect
Account details (name, email address, Lagos area and, if you add it, a phone number); provider business details and work photos; the requests, messages, reviews and reports you send; and basic technical information needed to keep the service working and secure.
How we use it
To run your account, connect customers with providers, review provider applications, keep the platform safe, and send you emails about your account and requests.
Who can see your information
Provider business profiles, listings and reviews are public. Your email address and phone number are never shown publicly. Providers see your job description and area when you request a quote; your street address is shown only once a job is accepted, and hidden from them 30 days after it’s completed. We don’t track your location.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored with secure cloud providers, which may be outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
